The following message is from your indwelling divine spirit. Imagine your spirit’s voice saying the words as you read the message. Reflect prayerfully on these passages. Stop often to sit in quiet receptivity for illumination and expansion of meaning. This is your time with God. Allow your divine inner spirit to lead you and to confirm the truth of this imagined message. Don’t feel constrained by expectations or traditions.
Your Inner Spirit’s Message to You:
I am the undiminished spirit of the creator of all that is. I have come to live with you, consenting to be subject to your will. I have trusted you with all that I am so that the two of us may become one.
As an inexperienced citizen of the universe, you live with uncertainty: uncertainty of events as they unfold on your ascent to Paradise. Only living trust and faith in divine goodness can cause you to feel safe in the face of the uncertainties of time and space. You have security for ever, security in your trust of the Source of Love, security as an ascending child of the all-powerful, all wise and all loving Father and Mother of all creation.
My great desire is to communicate directly with you here and now! I have many spiritual gifts I want to give you. Your great gift to me is sharing with me your experience of becoming like me in your own unique way. Only your free will choices can give me this gift.
In spite of the difficulties of your human limitations, I constantly work to lead you, whether through images or words, vague urges or sudden illuminations, unconscious leadings, or even through a voice within your mind.
I speak in your sublime experiences of worship.
I enter into your creative imagination.
I converse with you in prayer.
I whisper to you in your sleep.
I translate the innumerable spiritual messages of the realms for your mind. You face daily the monumental challenge of life on Earth: to adjust your very human urges and habits to my spiritual urges. Do not falter. Together we will prevail.
With your consent (and only with your consent), I will expose your conscious mind to the motivations and purposes of your super mind — your soul.
I will never dominate your mind against your will. The choice to hear and follow my leading is yours. And what a choice it is! When you choose to follow my leading rather than the desires and impulses of your natural mortal mind, you will not experience a loss or a surrender. Choosing my way will expand, glorify and perfect your will, raising your will to that extraordinary place where your personality communes with the personality of your spiritual parent – the Mother and Father of all.
Doing the will of God requires your willingness to share your inner life with me.
